If registering, click on Sign-up. Complete all required fields on form. Where it asks for Referral ID, this can be any name of your choosing. It will be a part of your Referral ID link.
Upon completing registration form, one of our managers will review and approve your account. You
will then be sent an email with your login info and instructions.
